The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing multi-colored concrete blocks in which colors are represented in an irregular form. More specifically, the concrete block manufacturing method comprises: a concrete mixing step of mixing materials such as aggregates, cement, coloring materials and water with a mixer; a conveyer transferring step of transferring the mixed concrete to a molding machine by using a conveyer; and a molding step of molding the transferred concrete with the molding machine. The conveyer transferring step of the multi-colored concrete block manufacturing method with colors represented in an irregular form installs: a transfer conveyor transferring concrete discharged from a mixer to a molding machine; a return conveyer returning the transferred concrete and moving the same to a starting part of the transfer conveyer near the mixer; a forward and backward conveyer installed at an end part of the transfer conveyer and connected to the return conveyer in order to move the transferred concrete to a molding hopper installed in the molding machine in a forward direction and return the transferred concrete in a backward direction wherein the driving methods of the forward and backward directions are alternately operated according to various patterns set by each user. The present invention can generate various colors for each block.
