Disclosed are a management automation system for financial products and a management automation method using the same. A management automation system for financial products, which effectively manages financial products based on financial data by a plurality of financial accounts, comprises: a financial model generating unit generating a financial learning model through machine learning based on the financial data by the plurality of financial accounts; an account managing unit managing a plurality of accounts included in the mechanical product to measure quality of a novel financial product; a quality measuring unit inputting the financial data by a plurality of financial accounts in the financial product and calculating quality of the financial product through the financial learning model; and a factor analysis unit analyzing main factors of the financial account affecting the calculated quality of financial product.
