The present invention relates to a system for managing construction personnel. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system comprises: a human information management unit receiving and storing human information of construction personnel and company information of a construction company; and a personnel management unit managing working capacity of the construction personnel stored in the personnel information management unit. The human information management unit has individual personnel performing work in a field by being individually employed and several technical personnel and manages information of the construction personnel by dividing the technical personnel into team personnel performing the work in the field as a team.
