The present invention relates to an experiment method of fumigation stacks of the pine wilt disease collecting the illumination, state and position information of fumigation stacks of the pine wilt disease through a module consisting of an illumination measuring device, a state measuring device and a position measuring device. The illumination measuring device comprises an illumination sensor. The state measuring device comprises any one or more devices among a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a temperature and humidity sensor, a motion sensor, an infrared sensor and an infrared camera.
