The present invention relates to a foot washing shoe, comprising: a shoe base having a sole part having a hollow structure with an open upper surface and a midsole part having an open part provided on an upper surface of the sole part; an instep for supporting the top of the foot provided at both end edges of the midsole; a sole washing means provided in the opening part; a detergent supply means provided in the sole part; and a controller provided in the midsole to control the sole washing means and the detergent supply means, thereby having an effect of safely and comfortably washing feet of a user.
