The present invention relates to a cognitive test-based driving ability evaluation method. More specifically, a cognitive test-based driving ability evaluation method, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is a cognitive test-based driving ability evaluation method for evaluating the driving ability of an examinee. The method comprises the steps of: receiving an input, from the examinee, about examinee information through at least one of a touch screen monitor, a joystick box, and a mouse; displaying an image related to a first basic cognitive test on the touch screen monitor, and receiving an input related to the first basic cognitive test from the examinee via the touch screen monitor or the mouse; generating a first test result related to the first basic cognitive test based on the received input; and determining whether to proceed with a second basic cognitive test or driving ability test based on the first test result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
