The present invention relates to an IoT-based disaster monitoring system using an object control unit. More specifically, the present invention relates to an IoT-based disaster monitoring system using an object control unit, comprising: a sensor unit installed in a building to detect a disaster; a platform server receiving the data measured by the sensor unit through a wireless gateway installed in the building; and a plurality of object control units installed in the building and each incorporating a speaker.
