ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SURFACE PROTECTION FINISHING MATERIAL COMPOSITION FOR PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND FINISHING METHOD FOR PROTECTING SURFACE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING SAME
The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly surface protection finishing material composition and a finishing method for protecting a surface of a concrete structure using the same. The composition comprises: 40-94 wt% of aqueous silica sol; 1-20 wt% of polycaprolactone polyol; 0.5-20 wt% of lithium disilicate; 0.5-20 wt% of dimethylaminoethyl acrylate; 0.5-20 wt% of polybenzimidazole; 0.5-20 wt% of trimethyl chlorosilane; 0.5-15 wt% of germanium dispersion; 0.5-15 wt% of fine ceramic dispersion; 0.5-15 wt% of potassium chloride dispersion; 0.5-15 wt% of sodium hexafluorosilicate dispersion; 0.5-15 wt% of pigment dispersion; and 0.5-10 wt% of graphene dispersion. The environmentally friendly surface protection finishing material composition of the present invention has superior material separation resistance, thereby having less material loss; can be cured in a short period of time, thereby reducing a construction period, saving construction costs and reducing a repair period; has superior field application, workability, chloride ion penetration resistance, freeze-thawing resistance, neutralization resistance, ozone resistance, incombustibility, durability, adhesiveness, weather resistance and water repellency, thereby extending a performance period of the concrete structure and thus, saving maintenance costs.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
