The present invention relates to a personal information providing system of an online service system, and to a method thereof. More specifically, personal information is recorded and distributed on a block chain network, and the personal information providing system using a one-time private key uses anonymous alternative authentication identification information, which includes a public key to access the personal information on the block chain network, does not provide the personal information when using, signing up and logging into online or offline service systems, and only uses the alternative authentication identification information to perform using, signing up and logging into the service.
