The present invention relates to a device capable of calibrating a temperature and humidity measured by a radiosonde suitable for a high-rise environment using a high-rise weather simulation chamber, comprising: a constant temperature and humidity unit for calibrating the temperature and humidity measured through the radiosonde; a solar light generating unit connected to the constant temperature and humidity unit to generate solar light to be irradiated to the constant temperature and humidity unit; an air supply unit connected to the constant temperature and humidity unit and adjusting a pressure and the temperature of air waiting in the constant temperature and humidity unit; a sonic nozzle connected to the air supply unit to generate a set flow rate of air which is set below a set air pressure; and a vacuum pump connected to the constant temperature and humidity unit for discharging the air passing through the constant temperature and humidity unit to the outside.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
