The present invention provides a composition for anti-inflammatory, expectorant and anti-inflammatory, including ginseng, sackcloth, bokyeong, yogurt and beeswax, and a composition for preventing, improving or treating respiratory diseases. The present invention provides a composition having an effect that is superior to conventional antitussives and expectorants. Since the composition of the present invention is a natural-derived material and has little cytotoxicity, it is expected that the composition may be safely used as a pharmaceutical or food composition having antitussive, expectorant and anti-inflammatory effects.
