The present disclosure provides human monoclonal antibodies that specifically bind CXCR4 with high affinity. The present disclosure also provides therapeutically effective amounts of a pharmaceutical composition comprising an anti-CXCR4 antibody of the present disclosure to a subject suffering from a CXCR4-expressing cancer, particularly a hematologic malignancy such as multiple myeloma, acute myeloid leukemia, or non-Hodgkin''s lymphoma. Provided are methods of treating the subject, comprising administering.
