The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a waste spandex polymer composite material and to a manufacturing method of a polymer manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method of a polymer composite material comprises the steps of: cutting waste spandex fibers; preparing a waste spandex composition by mixing the cut waste spandex fibers and a polymer binder; and molding the waste spandex composition in a temperature range of 150 to 195 deg. C to prepare a molded body.
