The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising a whey fermented product of complex probiotics containing six kinds of lactic acid bacteria as an active ingredient, and a method for preparing the same. The present invention, by including a whey metabolite of the complex probiotics as an active ingredient, can provide a cosmetic product for activated keratin metabolism, alleviated inflammation and enhanced whitening efficacy.
