Disclosed are a method for modeling an inner panel of a ship and a recording medium having a program realizing the same. According to an aspect of the present invention, the method for modeling an inner panel welded and coupled to a plurality of hull panels making up an inner hull on a three-dimensional CAD drawing representing a hull of a ship comprises: a step of displaying a cross section including an inner panel area where the inner panel is to be formed in the hull; a step of receiving a panel line dividing the inner panel area with the plurality of hull panels; a step of setting a reference boundary by recognizing the plurality of hull panels dividing the inner panel area with the panel line; a step of setting a panel boundary consisting of the panel line and the reference boundary, and generating the inner panel corresponding to the panel boundary; and a step of receiving a change value for at least one among a position and a size of the panel line based on the reference boundary to change the panel boundary to correspond to the change value.
