Provided is a system for providing an artificial intelligence voice recognition service based on parallel processing platform. The system comprises: an artificial intelligence server processing an instruction by converting a natural language into a machine language and grasping intention when the instruction is received by voice recognition and performing an artificial intelligence voice recognition algorithm, which converts a processing result into the natural language, synthesizes the processing result with voice, and outputs result data; and at least one terminal simultaneously processing an artificial intelligence voice recognition algorithm with the artificial intelligence server when the instruction is received by the voice recognition and conducting learning and training processes until the same result is derived by comparing the result data of the artificial intelligence server and simultaneously processed result data.
