The present invention relates to a medium and large microwave heating furnace system using a high-powered magnetron, capable of securing the stability of a device even in an environment using a high-powered magnetron through simple composition as well as significantly increasing efficiency in the heating of a heating furnace by maximizing the heating and absorption of a microwave through a panel including a composite dielectric. According to the present invention, the system includes: a heating furnace body (21) including a heating chamber (26); a 25-75 kW magnetron (22) connected to the heating furnace body (21) to generate a microwave; a waveguide (25) extended from the magnetron (22) to the heating furnace body (21) to deliver the microwave into the heating chamber (26); a tuner (27) located on one side of the waveguide (25) to supply the microwave by controlling the microwave to an optimal state; a circulator (28) combined with the waveguide (25) to be located between the magnetron (22) and the tuner (27) to absorb the microwave reflected from the heating furnace body (21); and a composite dielectric heating panel (30) placed in the heating chamber (26) and including a plurality of dielectrics to absorb and heat the microwave.
