A vocal respiration based perceptual learning method and a respirator used therefor are disclosed. The respirator includes: a head unit for controlling the respiratory volume of a user in response to any one of the bronchus, chest, diaphragm, abdomen, large intestine, upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and hip bone of the user body; and a body unit having one end portion to which the head unit is replaceably coupled. The head unit has a flow channel and an opening minimum cross-sectional area corresponding to any one of the bronchus, chest, diaphragm, abdomen, large intestine, upper abdomen, lower abdomen and hip bone. The body unit includes: a concave portion provided in the portion where the user′s lips touch; and an internal flow path provided with air or breathing at the other end facing the one end thereof so as to flow from the other end to the one end.
