The present invention relates to a nonslip one-touch rebar coupler and a rebar connection constructing method using the same. The nonslip one-touch rebar coupler comprises: a ceramic sheet member which adheres to an upper part and a lower part of a stopping plate of a main body and supports one end unit of a corresponding elastic member (150); and a couching member which is installed in the center of the stopping plate of the main body and allows both ends to be touched to each rebar. The rebar connection constructing method comprises: a nonslip one-touch rebar coupler connecting step of inserting a nonslip one-touch rebar coupler into lower rebar installed in a fixed body and connecting the same; an upper rebar connecting step of inserting upper rebar into the nonslip one-touch rebar coupler connected to the lower rebar and connecting the same; and a rebar welding step of preventing slip by welding and integrating an upper part of the lower rebar connected through the nonslip one-touch rebar coupler with a lower part of the upper rebar. Therefore, the present invention conveniently connects a pair of pieces of rebar in a longitudinal direction and prevents a slip of allowing a part of the nonslip one-touch rebar coupler to be dislodged from the lower rebar or allowing a part of the upper rebar to be dislodged from the nonslip one-touch rebar coupler after rebar connection construction.
