The present invention relates to a method for isolating and purifying breast milk oligosaccharides using lactose removal ability of immobilized Cluyveromyces lactis, which simplifies the process by using immobilized Cluyveromyces lactis and distilled water to shorten the time. In addition, by selectively removing only lactose from breast milk, it is expected that the breast milk oligosaccharides can be efficiently separated and purified without changing the concentration of the breast milk oligosaccharides, and thus can be usefully used in the breast milk oligosaccharide related industry.
