The present invention relates to a 2-component polyurea coating material composition used for waterproofing and root penetration resistance construction in a space such as a roof of a building, to a use method thereof, and to a waterproofing and root penetration resistance method using the same and, more specifically, to 2-component polyurea coating material composition having slow drying, high hardness and high elasticity, which improves strength, hardness, and elasticity of a coating material by using amine having two carbonyl groups and one hydrogen as a curing agent reacting with the isocyanate contained in a main agent part, and reduces the reactivity with the isocyanate to extend the pot life.
