The present invention relates to a soft sheet knife plate type valve, wherein a sealed protrusion part repeatedly protruding in a semicircular shape is formed in a semicircular protrusion part of a packing. Moreover, a triangular sealed recess part corresponding to the sealed protrusion part is formed in an edge cross-sectional part in a lower portion of an opening and closing plate close to the protrusion part. The semicircular protrusion part recessed in the triangular sealed recess part by lowering the opening and closing plate to enable the shape of the protrusion part to be coupled by being compressed and converted in a triangular shape. Accordingly, the sealed protrusion part is more compressed, thereby increasing sealing power.
