Disclosed are an integrated test system for interworking friend or foe identification, an integrated test apparatus, and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the integrated test apparatus for interworking friend or roe identification comprises: an operation control unit generating a test scenario and controlling an integrated test operation using a new mode; an aerial threat simulation processing unit generating track information on the aerial threat object based on the test scenario; and a multi-function radar simulation processing unit detecting the aerial threat target within a preset detection range based on the test scenario and the track information, and transmitting a friend or foe identification interworking message which performed friend or foe identification on the aerial threat target based on the new mode to an engagement control center.
