According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing an outdoor LED lighting for assisting dimming control comprises: a first step of preparing an LED module composed of a substrate on which LED devices are mounted; a second step of preparing a case on which an emission coating layer is laminated; and a third step of installing the case to face the LED devices to complete the LED lighting. According to the present invention, by applying the emission coating layer including fluorescent materials and phosphor to the case of the LED lighting to assist dimming control of LED unlike a conventional method for dimming control of LED, the electrical consumption for emission of light may be reduced to save costs, the aesthetics may also be increased, and the visibility may be increased as the light is kept for a certain period of time to prevent accidents.
