According to one embodiment of the present invention, a system for training a user using VR content may assist in proper exercise and rehabilitation treatment according to the rapid increase in the elderly and dementia patients and may create an exercise environment for elderly and dementia patients while sitting on a device according to one embodiment of the present invention and feeling the reality using VR content equipment. More specifically, the present invention may provide automatic recognition and selection functions through brain wave text and provide an exercise equipment system, which may be used, even if communication is not smooth since seniors with cognitive impairment may not communicate smoothly.
