The present invention relates to a cooling fan control part, capable of efficiently controlling a plurality of cooling fans to cool a transformer, and a transformer cooling fan control system using the same and a method thereof. More specifically, the cooling fan control part, which generates a driving control signal for driving first and second cooling fans in a set mode if the temperature of a transformer becomes equal to or greater than a set temperature, generates a first driving control signal for driving the first and second cooling fans alternately if the temperature of the transformer becomes equal to or greater than a first set temperature; generates a second driving control signal for driving the first and second cooling fans at the same time if the temperature of the transformer becomes equal to or greater than a second set temperature; and generates the first driving control signal to drive the first and second cooling fans alternately when a difference in accumulated driving time between the first and second cooling fans becomes equal to or greater than a set time.
