The present invention relates to assembly and utilization of a model kit by using virtual reality (VR). A method which provides a service of assembling a model kit based on VR at a server comprises the processes of: transmitting information on at least one model kit or at least one component to be available for purchase to a connected user device; and storing a purchase record for the model kit or component purchased by a user in an account of the user when information of notifying a selection result of the user is received from the user device.
