The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly two-component urethane resin composition for bridge deck which can prevent the corrosion of a deck top plate and at the same time improve the durability of the bridge. The two-component urethane resin composition comprises: a main agent prepared by containing 2 to 3 wt% of a cross-linking agent and 1 to 2 wt% of a plasticizer using 60 to 65 wt% of a urethane prepolymer as a main ingredient; and a curing agent prepared by adding at least one selected from 60 to 65 wt% of fatty acid oil, 19 to 37 wt% of a polyol compound, 0.1 to 0.5 wt% of an antifoaming agent, 1 to 1.5 wt% of a filler, 5 to 10 wt% of a solvent, 6 to 8 wt% of a colorant.
