The present invention relates to a water-dispersible poly acryl urethane emulsion resin composition having excellent tensile force, elasticity, and adhesive force of concrete mortar-based material and to an acryl urethane rubber-based waterproof paint composition using the same. The present invention provides an environmentally-friendly water-dispersible poly acryl urethane emulsion resin composition and an acryl urethane rubber-based waterproof paint composition using the same, wherein the environmentally-friendly water-dispersible poly acryl urethane emulsion resin composition is produced by mixing and reacting 1.0-20 wt% of diacetone acrylamide, 15-20 wt% of n-buthyl acrylate, 0.5-1.5 wt% of methacrylic acid, 1.0-2.2 wt% of acrylonitrile, 13-18 wt% of buthyl methacrylate, 13.2-17.5 wt% of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, 2.2-3.0 wt% of styrene, 0.5-2.0 wt% of adipic acid dihydrazide, 0.07-0.2 wt% of ammonium peroxide, 0.06-2.2 wt% of ammonium persulfate, 0.1-0.5 wt% of ammonium hydroxide, 41-52 wt% of ion exchange water, and 0.25-0.75 wt% of non-ionic emulsifiers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
