The present invention relates to a damper for a non-powered fan. The damper for a non-powered fan comprises: a main body integrated with a square joint portion that is thin and has an upper face to which an adhesive or double-sided tape is applied to adhere to a lower circumferential surface of a cover of the fan, and having a down-tapered cylindrical shape; a plurality of semi-circular fitting holes formed at both ends of an inner lower circumferential surface of the down-tapered cylindrical main body; and a blocking plate made of a light material and installed by fitting a pivot into each of the fitting holes. The bottom circumferential surface of each blocking plate is placed on a circular support plate protruding inwards to the lower circumferences of the semi-circular fitting holes, which are formed by boring in both ends of the inner lower circumferential surface of the down-tapered cylindrical main body. The blocking plate is installed for the circumferential side of each blocking plate to come in surface contact with the inner lower circumferential surface of the down-tapered cylindrical main body. The blocking plate, made of the thin material, is divided into first to fourth blocking members. The first to fourth blocking members are composed: a thin, tensile aluminum base plate having a hole at the center thereof; and first to fourth floating plates made of foamed polyethylene having a bubble layer therein adhered to an upper portion of the aluminum base plate. Each of the first to fourth blocking members has a pivot protruding out of both ends of a side thereof.
