The present invention relates to a dewatering system for dewatering water from a mixture of water and an organic solvent. After separating water and organic solvent from water and organic solvent mixture used for chemical treatment of products produced in various industries, water is disposed as wastewater and the organic solvent is regenerated. Since a pervaporation process is used to effectively separate the water and the organic solvent mixture, the water and the organic solvent mixture having a small boiling point can be dehydrated, and the range of application to the material to be separated is also wide.
