The present invention relates to a drone capable of land and water operations and a takeoff and landing deck. The drone (1) comprises: a waterproof body (100) which has a battery, a camera and transmitting and receiving circuits therein, has a transparent canopy (110) provided on a front surface thereof to enable external photography by the camera, has a check window (120) formed on a rear surface for replacement of the battery and the transmitting and receiving circuits, and has a heat radiation fin (130) provided on an upper surface thereof to be exposed to the outside; a plurality of foldable arms (200) provided on an upper portion of the waterproof body (100); a rotor (300) provided at an end of the foldable arm (200); and a pair of cylindrical buoyancy bodies (400) detachably attached to both lower sides of the waterproof body (100) and formed of a foamed resin having a shock absorbing function. The takeoff and landing deck (2) includes: a plurality of legs (500); a main plate (600) fixed to an upper end of the plurality of legs (500); and an auxiliary plate (700) hingedly coupled to both left and right sides of the main plate (600) to be foldable.
