Disclosed is a patient-customized implant. The patient-customized implant to be inserted and fixed to the pelvis includes a body portion having an appearance corresponding to a defect portion of the pelvis and a fixing portion configured to fix the body portion to the pelvis. According to the present invention, an implant of a shape corresponding to a bone defect is stably inserted and fixed to replace the bone defect, thereby minimizing discomfort of the patient.
