Disclosed is a pyramid scheme securities management method comprising the steps of: allowing a management server to receive a securities issue request; allowing the management server to select a first transfer authority and a second transfer authority as the transfer authorities of the securities in consideration of the nature and quantity included in the securities issue request; allowing the management server to assign a first quantity to the first transfer authority and a second quantity to the second transfer authority, respectively; allowing the management server to receive an input of transferring the whole or part of the securities from an electronic device of the first transfer authority to the account of one or more users; allowing the management server to change a holder of the securities in response to the transferring input; and allowing the management server to receive a use history of the securities and calculate the transfer capability of the first transfer authority in consideration of the use history.
