The present invention relates to a standing bed, and more specifically, to a standing bed comprising: a first frame including wheels; a second frame installed on an upper portion of the first frame and including a foot frame rotatably installed thereon; a third frame installed on an upper portion of the second frame and including a head frame rotatably installed thereon; a leg member installed between the first frame and the second frame to rotate the second frame so that an inclined angle is formed between the first frame and the second frame; and a sliding member installed between the second frame and the third frame to allow the third frame to be slid in a longitudinal direction. During rehabilitation treatment, a user is able to perform a muscle strengthening exercise of lower limbs and a knee bending exercise in a lying down posture by rotating the foot frame and the head frame.
