The present invention relates to an in-situ monitoring system including flow sensor cells, and an in-situ monitoring method using the same, wherein the in-situ monitoring system comprises: an electrolytic cell including an anolyte reservoir containing an anolyte, a catholyte reservoir containing a catholyte, a diaphragm cell, and a power supply unit; and a flow sensor cell connected to the anolyte reservoir or the catholyte reservoir, wherein the anolyte or the catholyte comprises an electronic medium, and the anolyte or the catholyte comprising the electronic medium passes through the flow sensor cell. Therefore, potential of the electronic medium can be monitored in situ.
