METHOD FOR RESERVE ENERGY SUPPORT OF COMPLEX FOR PRODUCING LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS

Method of standby power supply of a complex for production of liquefied natural gas consists in the fact that with reduction of the amount of initial natural gas supplied to power of a power plant of auxiliary needs, below the permissible value, power supply of auxiliary power plant is performed by means of liquefied natural gas pumped from container for its storage, which is preliminarily subjected to evaporation. Liquefied natural gas is pumped out from the storage container by means of a reserve pump installed in the tank, inclusion of which is carried out by means of a microturbine operating due to thermal energy of stripping gas contained in said container for storage of liquefied natural gas. Formed backup mode of power supply of own-use power plant is maintained till the moment of restoration of permissible value of initial natural gas.EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of method implementation due to elimination of dependence of complex operation on external reserve power supply, as well as in reduction of harmful environmental impact.1 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
