FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treating castration-resistant prostate cancer. For this purpose, simultaneously with a combination of docetaxel 75 mg/mof body surface once in 3 weeks + abiraterone 1000 mg a day + prednisolone 10 mg a day intravenously dropwise introduction of succinic acid solution in form of methylglucamine mixtures in amount of 5–6 g of succinic acid per 1 litre of infusion mixture.
