The present technical solution relates to the field of artificial intelligence, and more particularly to methods for generating mathematical models of patients. The present method for generating mathematical models of a patient using artificial intelligence technologies includes the following steps: obtaining, on a server, a training dataset containing electronic medical records of patients grouped by patient; pre-processing, on the server, the data contained in the medical records of patients; converting, on the server, the processed data into a sequence of medical facts with respect to each patient, using medical ontologies; automatically tagging, on the server, the resulting sequence of medical facts with respect to each patient, using diagnoses or other facts of interest extracted from the patient's medical record; training, on the server, initial representations independently for each modality; training, on the server, combined representations; training, on the server, final models and aggregation parameters; obtaining, on the server, the medical record of a patient not included in the training dataset; pre-processing, on the server, the data contained in the patient medical record obtained; converting, on the server, the pre-processed data into a sequence of medical facts, using medical ontologies; generating, on the server, a vector representation of the patient.
