Thus, due to the design features of the “bulb mace", it becomes possible to use various types of fillers that provide the ability to work on the dynamic component of hand movements, aimed at restoring their pace and speed of movement and providing patients with visual feedback, giving additional control over the technique of performing exercises, as well as allowing individual weight selection of the “flask club” for each patient, with its gradual increase during the course of classes. Due to the simplicity of design, convenience and safety of use, the “flask club” can be widely used in clinical practice, allowing patients to carry out exercises to restore motor functions hands both in a hospital and independently, at home.
