The proposed utility model is a stationary device for detecting leakage of oil and oil products in a pipeline using conductors of different metals is most applicable when transporting fuel in underground process pipelines.;The stationary device includes: two lines of conductors of corrosion-resistant metal with insulators, conductors of another metal, communication lines, two ohmmeters, a voltmeter and a personal computer.;The technical result is achieved by measuring the resistance between the conductors of the corrosion-resistant metal using communication lines, ohmmeters and a personal computer, as well as determining the voltages between the conductor of the corrosion-resistant metal of one of the lines and the perpendicular conductors of another metal, such as steel or nickel.;In the event of an oil product leakage from the pipeline, the values of the measured resistances and stresses begin to decrease (increase) and go beyond the established interval.
