FIELD: biotechnology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Method for calibrating the volume of solution from 1 to 10 pl for microinjection into pre-ovulatory mouse oocytes is proposed. Method is carried out using an injection capillary with parallel walls and known outer, inner diameters, where distance between boundaries of solution in an injection capillary is calculated, followed by microinjection using a CCD camera and software of a mechanical microinjection system.
