The manipulator bar contains an insulating rod, a handle with pins, a collet with holes, a connector for attaching a removable phase clamp. To manipulate the removable clamp, the rod is equipped with a rotary device and a cord, one end of the cord is fixed to the handle, and the other end is fixed to the connector for attaching the removable clamp. For reliable fixation of the cord from spontaneous unwinding when the hand intercepts the handle during manipulation, a spring is installed in the handle. In this case, the cord is mounted on rollers located on an insulating rod, a rotary device located in front of the connector, and on the connector. The connector is hollow in the form of a lever type grip made of bent steel sheet with flanges and consists of a fixed body, a movable lever, and a hollow rod connected motionless with the connector housing. The rod is used to connect the connector to the rotary device. To reduce physical stress during manipulation of the clip inserted into the connector, a roller is installed on the movable lever of the connector, and two rollers are installed on the gripping rod through which the cord passes, forming a chain block.
