The technical solution relates to heat and mass transfer equipment with direct contact between air and water in industrial cooling towers for cooling circulating water and can find application in the energy, nuclear, chemical and petrochemical industries. The technical result is achieved in that the heat and mass transfer evaporative cooling nozzle for disinfecting circulating water contains a set of parallel rods, on which with cascading vertices relative to each other the parabolic plates with the holes free from the rods are installed downward, the rods being installed between two oppositely charged bases to form a nozzle block, each rod being connected to one base by an electrically conductive end, and to the other base by a dielectric end, so that adjacent rods are connected to opposite poles of a direct current source, and the plates are made of dielectric material. The technical result is an increase in productivity heat and mass transfer apparatus.
