The claimed device is intended for immunochromatographic express off-laboratory diagnosis of grape disease caused by the leaf curl virus serotype 3 (VSLV-3). The device is a multi-membrane composite coated with immunoreagents (test strip). The multi-membrane composite consists of a solid-base working nitrocellulose membrane with deposited immunoreagents, a fiberglass membrane with deposited immunoreagents, a membrane for the absorption and separation of the test sample and a final adsorbing membrane for absorbing the components of the sample after the reaction. A distinctive feature of the claimed device is that a mixture of polyclonal goat antibodies specific for mouse and rabbit immunoglobulins is applied to the control zone. A mixture of monoclonal mouse and polyclonal rabbit antibodies specific for VSLV-3 was applied to the analytical zone. A conjugate of a mixture of monoclonal mouse and polyclonal rabbit antibodies specific for VSLV-3 with colloidal gold is coated on a fiberglass membrane. For the analysis does not require any additional devices. The analysis time is 10 minutes, excluding sample preparation. The technical task of the claimed utility model is to simplify the analysis procedure. The technical result of the claimed utility model is to simplify the analysis procedure and reduce the analysis time.
