The technical solution relates to medicine, to medical devices intended for implantation into the human body, namely to implants to replace an unstretched local defect of the tubular diaphysis, tibia or femur.The combined implant to replace the local defect of the diaphysis of the tubular bone consists of an autograft (1), obtained from a fragment of the diaphysis of the fibula of the patient and artificial material. On the autograft (1) there is a sleeve (2) equipped with longitudinal through channels (3) made of polytetrafluoroethylene. The length of the sleeve (2) is less than the length of the autograft (1), the proximal (4) and distal (5) ends of the autograft (1) project a length of 15 to 30 mm for installation in the bone marrow canal. The longitudinal through channels (3) of the sleeve (2) contain bone chips. The technical result consists in the possibility of replacing the defect of the diaphysis of the tubular bone, with an increase in the total joint strength of the fragments of the restored bone, with an implant according to the properties (mechanical, geometric, biological, dielectric) corresponding to the zone conditions implantation. 6 c.p. f-ly, 10 ill.
