Orthopedic shoes for children and adolescents with complex deformations of the feet, containing the sole and top connected to the lining, while the top (2) contains a shortened vamp (1), sewn on the berets, an elongated tongue (3). The objective of the utility model is to fix the distal part of the lower limb due to the inclusion of a special orthopedic part in the boots - a circular stiff tibia that keeps the foot in a stable corrected position and in which a cut is made to exclude trauma to the soft tissues of the hindfoot during the period of intensive growth of the child. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the orthopedic shoes for children and adolescents with complex deformations of the feet, containing a sole and a top connected to the lining, while the top contains a shortened hemline, sewn on the berets, an elongated tongue, it is proposed to equip the shoes with a circular rigid berets located between the top and a lining, along the line of the back seam, the circular hard berets are equipped with a U-shaped neckline, the depth of which is 0.68 L- (0.15L + 9) mm, where L is the length of the foot, mm, and the width is 1.5-2, 0 cm; along the upper edge, the top is equipped with a fixing belt secured to cover the posterolateral surface of the lower leg at the level of the lower third, the outer side of the top of the boot is equipped with a zipper.
