METHOD FOR AUTOMATIC CONSTRUCTION OF A HETEROGENEOUS FIBER INTERNAL STRUCTURE MODEL OF A COMPOSITE MATERIAL

FIELD: computer equipment.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer-aided design and can be used to solve problems in the design of the internal structure of composite materials (CM) reinforced with fibers. Method of automatic constructing of a computer model of a heterogeneous fibrous internal structure of a composite material allows us to obtain the model of a heterogeneous fibrous structure of the composite material with specified parameters, which can be integrated into modern software systems for computer modeling using Lagrangian numerical methods. Method also includes reading the input data of the CM sample and performing a sequence of automatic construction operations, moreover, the input data is given arbitrarily or selected from the data on a real object.;EFFECT: technical result consists in providing automated creation of an object model that takes into account the geometric characteristics of individual fibers (including curvature) and their spatial orientation in the model.;1 cl, 7 dwg
