FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For the surgical treatment of secondary glaucoma caused by the dislocation of an intraocular lens (IOL), the IOL is anchored, followed by an antiglaucoma surgery. After anchoring the IOL conjunctival incision of 3 mm concentrical with limbus is performed. Surface scleral flap (SSF) of square shape is cut out with a thickness of 1/3 the thickness of the sclera, with the base to limbus, with size of 3 × 3 mm with entering into the transparent layers of the sclera. Under the SSF, a deep scleral flap (DSF) with a thickness of 2/3 the thickness of the remaining sclera layers is cut out until the Descemet's membrane is exposed. DSF together with the outer wall of the Schlemm's canal is further removed. 0.1 ml of viscoelastic is introduced into the anterior chamber. Trabeculo-Descemet's membrane is further perforated without forming a basal coloboma in the iris root. Under the SSF, 0.1 ml of HealaFlow drainage implant is introduced. SSF is further returned to its original position and the conjunctival incision is sealed with a single knotted suture.;EFFECT: method provides a persistent hypotensive effect and preservation of visual functions due to the reposition of the dislocated IOL, preventing its contact with the ciliary body and the formation of new ways of intraocular fluid outflow.;1 cl, 2 ex
