FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing urokinase entrapped into a colloidal magnetic ceramic nanocomposite material, and can be used in medicine for topical treatment of thrombotic states of extremities. Method includes obtaining a stable hydrosol of magnetite nanoparticles by co-precipitating an aqueous solution of a mixture of iron (II) and (III) chlorides at a ratio of 1.5:1–2.2:1 with a 25 % aqueous solution of ammonia in the range of at least 8 molar equivalents until precipitate is formed from aggregated magnetite nanoparticles, the precipitate is separated using a magnetic field. Supernatant is further decanted, and the precipitate is washed with deionized water until the pH value of the wash water is neutral and deionized water is added, then subjected to ultrasound irradiation, power of which is 1 W/cm3 and higher, for 75–120 minutes. Obtained stable hydrosol of magnetite nanoparticles is incubated with an aqueous solution of heparin in a ratio of 1:15 for 60 minutes until a stable colloidal solution is formed and the enzyme urokinase is entrapped in the ratio of 1:10 into a colloidal magnetic ceramic nanocomposite material for 60 minutes.;EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining an effective and safe medicament.;1 cl, 11 dwg, 1 tbl
